About the project

The Ha11er is a new development inline with modern requirements, sustainable. The construction starts in autumn 2017 and the handover is expected in 3rd quarter of 2019. 256 modern apartments with 66 individual layouts are being built between 35 and 135 sqm; The building was planned to be environment-friendly with geothermic heating, and modern online metering. The social experience is enhanced by the common sunbathing terrace and the green gardens on the roof tops. Storage spaces are available on the floors, the underground parking lots and the common bicycle storage serve the convenience of the residents. On the ground floor of the building commercial units will open to serve daily requirements: a supermarket, a drugstore, a parfumerie, and a pet food store will be available.

Project concept

Our dream was to establish a residence for a community of young and youngish inhabitants. We think that living in urban spaces close to work and leisure is different in a community of people with similar lifestyle. Residents can live their bustling private life and also support open community life, in the right environment. It is important having social areas that contribute and add to the experience of living in the center of Budapest.
